No instrument that Owner is aware of is 100% reliable in assessing an individual's true preferences, and you should carefully examine the results of the GiftsCompass™ Inventory to confirm that they are consistent with your experience.

The GiftsCompass™ Inventory consists of a series of questions. The questions are straightforward; there are no tricks or deception involved. We ask that you choose a quiet, solitary location to complete it.

All research data will be pooled and published in aggregate form only. No personally identifiable information will be published.

Visitors to this web site are encouraged to complete the GiftsCompass™ Inventory on a voluntary basis. As a benefit, you will receive a copy of your own inventory results. If you withdraw from the study and do not complete the GiftsCompass™ Inventory, we will not be able to compile a results page for you.

8. Confidentiality of User Information. Owner intends to maintain the confidentiality of User identifiable information provided by User. However, Owner reserves the right and User agrees to permit Owner to use User's answers to questions in any way, as long as the identity of User is not disclosed to third parties.

9. Charges. Owner may elect to provide the contents free of charge to the User. In that event Owner reserves the right to charge User for the future use of this website or its contents, provided that advance notice is given. User agrees that notice on the website is adequate notice.

10. Injunctive Relief. User acknowledges that this website and the contents of this website contain Owner's proprietary information, and that disclosure of such information or misuse of the information will give rise to irreparable injury to Owner, inadequately compensable by money damages. Accordingly, Owner may seek and obtain injunctive relief against the breach or threatened breach of this Agreement, in addition to any other legal remedies which may be available. User submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ohio to permit Owner to enforce this provision of this Agreement.

11. Miscellaneous. (A) This Agreement represents the complete agreement concerning the User's use of this website and its contents. It may be amended only by a writing executed by both parties. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. (B) This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by Ohio law (except as governed by federal law) as such law applies to agreements between Ohio residents entered into and to be performed within Ohio, except as governed by federal law.
